The LYNA Software team introduced Odoo-based ERP solutions to Pantum Thailand, exploring efficient ways to enhance sales operations, product tracking, and after-sales service management.
On 5 November 2025, the team from LYNA Software proudly presented our “LYNA Software power by Odoo” solution to Pantum (Thailand) Company Limited, a leading distributor and rental provider of printers and computer accessories in Thailand, headquartered in Nonthaburi province
Pantum Thailand offers a wide range of laser printers (A4/A3, monochrome and colour), consumables, and full after-sales service support.
Pantum engaged us to find a solution for sales management (Odoo Invoicing) and product tracking (Odoo Inventory – Product Tracking) to accelerate their order-to-cash process, reduce errors, and track product lots both in their own inventory and those sold to customers, thereby enhancing after-sales service quality and enabling warranty management. The discussion focused on designing an integrated ERP system that enhances sales, inventory, and accounting operations across departments.
Our team at LYNA Software, together with the Odoo Hong Kong team, provided consultancy and collaborated to propose an Odoo solution that is tailored, fully covers the required workflows, remains within the client’s budget, and includes implementation planning and user training — all aimed at ensuring the client’s operations continue smoothly.
